Maintenance

You can do most of the maintenance on our AdBlue dispensing systems yourself. Our systems require regular cleaning to keep working.

Do it yourself

Clean the nozzle and nozzle holder of your GreenChem system regularly, preferably once a month. For cleaning you can use warm water (about 40°C). Rinse the nozzle thoroughly and check for crystallized AdBlue that might block it.

GreenChem does not offer periodical maintenance. In the case of a defect, please contact your local GreenChem office. One of our mechanics will stop by as soon as possible to fix your problem.

Before you call GreenChem, always ask yourself the following questions:

  • Are you sure that your equipment is defective? (Check it yourself!)
  • Is the pump nozzle clean?
  • Is the hose nicked?
    If so, replace the hose.
  • Is there still AdBlue in the tank?
